DIGGERS & DEALERS
The annual Diggers and Dealers event is our largest and represents year long planning to coordinate transport, catering, staff and equipment to entertain almost 18,000 delegates over three days at the Kalgoorlie Arts Centre Marquee. Each full day of conference catering is topped off with a grand reception with three distinctive and extravagant evening events; a Cocktail Party, Creative Stations and a Three Course VIP seated dinner as the final gala.
For 6 years Beaumonde Catering have set out on the road to Kalgoorlie for this prestigious event. Designing a menu for such a large event and coordinating it’s extended delivery to Kalgoorlie via road and air is no mean feat, and one that continues to excite our team every year.
With three days prior to the event spent setting up in preparation for the conference, and a 3-hour window to turn the marquee from an exhibition space to a formal dinner on the final day, our team of over 150 staff works tirelessly day and night to deliver an unrivalled level of corporate hospitality that we thrive on. Working with some of Perth’s premier suppliers, this event is a flagship in our special event calendar and one we are very proud of.
POLO IN THE VALLEY
Beaumonde Catering have proudly been the exclusive caterer to this event since 2013. One of the hottest tickets in the Perth events calendar, Beaumonde Catering are proud of our long association with Polo, the elite sponsors and charities they represent. Held at the Duncraig Stud in Perth’s iconic Swan Valley, over 1,000 guests across 8 marquees relish prime viewing over the polo field as they enjoy canapés and seated dining options. Along with Hire Society and Villa Kula, magnificent and elaborate marquees are constructed and styled hosting guests in lavish comfort with unique and sumptuous menus designed by our chefs to suit the theme of each.
The event brings celebrities and socialites and we have the pleasure of working alongside guest chef Guy Grossi for this event in 2016! His enthusiasm in the kitchen was inspiring and our team marvel at the opportunity to work and learn from him.
GOLDFIELDS CHILDREN’S CHARITY BALL
The biggest fundraising event on the Kalgoorlie Calendar annually, this event is not to be missed! Oasis Arena in Kalgoorlie hosts 1,000 corporate guests who come together for a night of indulgence and pleasure to show their support for the Goldfields Children’s Charity.
Each year brings a new, elaborate theme that transports the guests in a different world. This year’s theme ‘After Dark’ did not fail to impress! With styling by Kate Wilson our elegant three-course dinner menu took guests on a sensual journey through the intrigue and mystery of the night.
No strangers to taking long journeys, Kalgoorlie is a 7-hour road trip involving several semi-trailers, sea containers and a small charter plane to deliver our friendly service team in time for set-up and service. And we love it; it’s what we do best!
MLC GALA DINNER
The grand and captivating Winthrop Hall in Nedlands is the setting for the annual MLC Gala Dinner. Over 300 staff, parents, associates of the college enjoy a three course plated menu at long banquet tables that elegantly fill the grand hall.
Working with Hospitality Accessories and Lux Events, a spectacular setting with fine linens, silver chairs, dramatic lighting and striking table styling combine with a delectable fine dining menu to create a memorable event year after year. To show our support of the school we include a VIP Dinner for 10 people for to be auctioned on the evening.
