We source the best local fresh ingredients for all our food, which allows us to offer our clients enormous variety and choice, as well as the flexibility to tailor a menu to your individual specifications and budget.  Menus include Table Service, Table Banquet, Cocktail, Barbecue, Light Luncheon, Breakfast and Morning & Afternoon Tea. Included with all our menus is an enormous range of beverage packages to suit everyone’s palate.
